Summer Championship: League Format
- All teams will be randomly placed into 8 groups.
- Within each group, each team will play each other home and away.
- The teams in 1st and 2nd place after the group stage will be entered into the Championship Cup competition.
- The teams in 3rd and 4th place will be entered into the Championship Shield competition.
- In the 32 team format, the Last 16 and Quarter Finals will be played across two legs. If both teams are level on frames won at the end of the second leg, each captain will pick one player to play 1 frame to decide the overall winner. This player can have already played in all three sections.

- 2 No-Shows (defined as not turning up or not giving at least 24 hrs notice) will result in the team being removed.
- New players can only be signed on in the group stages. If a player hasn't played in a group stage match they are not permitted to play in the latter stages.

Clashing Fixtures
Should a venue have a clash of fixtures due to multiple teams from that venue being drawn at home in the Last 16, Quarter or Semi-Finals, the team with the highest number of points will get the home draw with the other fixture being reversed. If this is not possible, the committee will make a decision.
Match timings & late arriving players
All matches must start at 8:30pm.
Teams arriving after 8:20pm can not expect a warm up session. At least 3 away team players must arrive and commence the match by 8:30pm. If the away team do not show by 8:45pm the first frame may be claimed; by 9pm the match may be claimed.
In the name of sportsmanship, please notify your opponents before the first frame commences if you have players arriving late.
