Should you be waiting for a team to arrive, please use the details below to confirm that the team are on their way.
Don't forget, if your opposition don't show up, a result card still needs to be filled in to prove you had team waiting to play.
If you're unable to fulfil a fixture you must ensure you let your opponents AND the committee know at least 24 hours before the match. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will entitle your opponents to claim the match 5-0, meaning a -5pt deduction for you.
When a new team joins the SRPL they will always start from the bottom division of their league in the winter season.
Should a current team wish to move venue and keep their league position, the committee will contact their landlord/lady to confirm whether they’re happy for them to do so.
Should the landlord/lady wish to retain their league position, the moving team will start the winter season in the bottom division.
REMEMBER: Your team represents the venue you play from, therefore should you wish to retain your league position in a new venue you will need your current venue managers permission.
Should a team split up and some of the players move to a new venue, they will only be entitled to retain their previous league position if their previous venue doesn’t wish to retain it AND the new team consists of over half of the original regular team. ie. 1 or 2 players leaving a team doesn’t entitle them to retain their league position at a new venue.
Teams will be able to retain their original league position subject to over half of the original regular team re-registering. Teams not fulfiling this requirement will be classed as new and enter the league in the bottom division, placed relative to the time of their completed registration.
If in doubt, please contact the committee before registering your team.
